Open this page on the device you are setting up, copy your signature, then:
- Open Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature. On iOS 17 and earlier: Settings → Mail → Signature.
- Choose Per Account if you have more than one mailbox, delete the old text, then tap and hold → Paste.
- iOS sometimes leaves the logo out. That is normal — the text, colours and links stay.
- Gmail app: ☰ → Settings → your @bavargroup.ca address → Mobile signature.
- Android mail apps only take plain text, so use Copy as plain text and paste.
- Samsung Email: ☰ → ⚙ → your account → Signature.
- Classic Outlook: File → Options → Mail → Signatures… → New, name it “Bavar Group”, paste into the box.
- On the right, pick your account and set the signature for New messages and Replies/forwards, then OK.
- New Outlook: ⚙ Settings → Account → Signatures → + New signature, paste, choose the defaults, Save.
- Apple Mail: Mail → Settings… → Signatures. Select your @bavargroup.ca account on the left and click +.
- Untick Always match my default message font, delete the sample text on the right and paste.
- Pick it under Choose Signature at the bottom so every new message gets it.
- Nothing to do — webmail adds it at your first sign-in.
- To change it: Settings → Identities → your address → Signature. Once you edit it, it stays yours.
